Ndejje University sports team has white-washed Bugema University team in Basketball and Volleyball in this year’s UTL sponsored Inter University Games played at Ndejje courts.
Iryn Nalunkuuma registered a game high 16 points as Ndejje humbles Bugema ladies basketball team 40 – 29. Bugema girls were given a lesson in this game where they put up a poor show in lay up shots and defending.
In the men’s category, Ndejje overpowered their opponents with a 71-55 win, thanks to Brian Sentoogo’s 12 point score that led Ndejje to a comfortable win.
In Volleyball, Bugema succumbed to a 2-0 defeat in the girls and boys games by Ndejje, in a game that saw Ndejje leading the score board 23-3 and 25-10 respectively. Clad in white jerseys, Bugemba recovered in football to beat hosts Ndejje 2-1 in a match played for 80 minutes.
