Young Rappers Already Took GNL’s Place – Navio

Singer Navio Kigozi believes fellow rapper GNL Zamba still has a long way to go in his new quest for a musical comeback in Uganda.

Recently, GNL Zamba who is on war with rapper Gereson Wabuyu alias Gravity Omutujju released a song titled Dear Hiphop which many have interpreted as his comeback.

Though the ‘Nawuliranga’ singer agrees that GNL Zamba (regards himself as the greatest rapper ever in Uganda) is a very talented rapper, he beleives that the ‘Koyi Koyi’ rapper has to work very hard because the industry has great youngsters topping charts, rating Fik Fameika and Feffe Busi to be already ahead of him.

He now has a long way to go. He is a great rapper but when he took a break, young artistes took his place,” Navio says before adding on that GNL has to beat these young rappers first before going back to the top.
