The Curiosity Story Behind the Uganda, Pearl of Africa

You may be one of the people wondering why Uganda is called the Pearl of Africa yet Africa has many beautiful countries and attractions. But Uganda’s rare incredible attractions and experience is what creates the difference. The Presence of stunning national parks, beautiful lakes and rivers, challenging wild nature, wildlife, birds and primates that make most wild forests worth visiting is the reason why Uganda attract many travelers across the globe and was named the Pearl of Africa by Winston Churchill hill after his tour in Africa.

Beautiful Lakes & Rivers

Any trip to Uganda unveils the wonderful beauty of Lake Victoria which is one of the great lakes in Africa and the third biggest in the world. Bwindi National Park & Mgahinga the top amazing reserves and a home to endangered mountain gorillas, golden monkeys, volcanoes, several primate species, birds and the exciting culture of the forest people. Many mountain gorilla trekking safaris have been enjoyed by tourists a reason for the high demand of gorilla tourism and conservation for all wild habitats in the country.

Kidepo Valley National Park a home of breathtaking landscape which ends in the rugged horizon. The great wildlife concentration and rich culture of Karamajong has attracted many tourists to Uganda safari tours. The park excellent savannah vegetation and landscape is something every visitor to Uganda cherishes.

Kibale Forest National Park the most spectacular chimpanzee trekking capital and a place to view various primate species and birds  in Uganda presents the best exceptional nature beauty that confirms the phase “ Pearl of Africa”. Many chimpanzee habituation and trekking tours are carried out by tourists who visit Uganda and a perfect place for all primate lovers.
